Your deposit is protected
Your deposit will be held by a government approved scheme called “Deposit Protection Service (DPS)”, unless the landlord wishes to register it in their own approved scheme. This means your deposit is protected – no one can access your deposit without your approval. At the end of your tenancy, we aim to return all deposits within 30 days of vacation. Where this is not possible we keep you updated of the situation and return the deposit as soon as possible.
We perform a ‘Let Me… 5 Point Check’ on all of our properties to ensure that we are offering the best possible accommodation without compromise. We are committed to ensuring that this standard is maintained throughout your tenancy and have a dedicated team of skilled tradesman available to you around the clock to ensure that your property adheres to our high standard. Our aim is to instruct a maintenance contractor to deal with your maintenance issue within 24 hours of it being reported to our office. We will then keep you up to date with the progress of repairs at all times.
We will conduct quarterly inspections of any managed properties to ensure that there are no issues and to make sure that you are happy with the upkeep of your property.
